DECADES OF PERRY PARK MEMORIES
Chris Coleman...
It’s hard to say goodbye to a place that holds so many memo-
ries, decades of memories. My family, the Pickoffs, have lived,
worked and played in Perry Park since the early 70s. My dad,
Julius, or Pick as he was lovingly called by his friends, and my
mother, Jo, built their first house here on Fox Circle in 1972,
though my dad had been selling lots and working for Lee Stub-
blefield and Colorado Western Development since about 1970.
That house was beautiful, with a glorious view over the rest of
the park. We shared many family holidays there and in other
Perry Park homes over the years. After Fox Circle they moved
to a house on Fox Court, then a house on Red Rock Drive, then
WHAT A BEAUTY into a townhouse in Echo Village, and finally another town-
