                             Howdy  neighbors!  Happy  4th  of
                             July. I hope you are enjoying plen-
                             ty of outdoor time over the holiday
                             weekend.  I  know  my  friends  and  I
                             will be surveying your neighborhood
                             gatherings  for  unsupervised  picnic
